I’m not sure what people in the Fingerlakes area consider Good Greek food, but this is not it. Service was good, but they had no clue what I was talking about when I asked for an open souvlakia. The salad I ended up with had 5 small cubes of beef that wasn’t tender at all. Not what I am used to. If you want good Greek, drive the hour or so to Buffalo where they know how to do it right.

This is a hidden gem for me. There isnt anything wildly inventive here. Just good greek food, made well with good flavor.

Surprisingly decent food for being in a outlet. I got the gyro and fries which was good. Prices were decent and service was fast. They have a variety of items on their menu . Big Greek is a good spot for a quick bite. It's not easily noticeable. It's by the wrangler outlet store.

So good!! A very pleasant surprise to my husband and I when we took a chance and grabbed lunch here while shopping. The chicken gyro was amazing!! Staff was also very friendly. Can't wait to go back again!

Wanted a gyro so bad when shopping the outlets and discovered this place was in there, couldn't have been happier!

Located nearby the main food court but it's a few shops to the right. Seek it out and get something yummy to eat that isn't a national chain brand. I ordered the gyro and it was moderately priced and tasted good. Ordered a chicken tenders meal from the kids menu and it was adequate for a small child's appetite. Good food and good customer service. Nice to find this little surprise here. Check it out and I think you'll be happy as well.

The Gyro Platter was fresh and authentic. This restaurant offers much healthier choices than the other restaurants in the outlet mall. Service was courteous and quick. Price was reasonable. We would definitely return.

Actually quite authentic greek food. The pita i tried only lacked fries in it to make it an authentic athenian.

Much better food than you would expect in a shopping Mall. I ordered a Greek salad and it was very fresh and a nice size. The falafel was a little overcooked but the hummus was pretty good.

Great fresh cooked food. The gyro meat is cooked on a vertical spit, the way it should be, not strips warmed up on a grill. Hummus is homemade. I didn't expect Great food like this at the outlet mall. I hope they open one closer to Rochester.

The food was freshly made for us. Everything was delicious!

Hidden gem. We make the trip from Syracuse when it's too cold to take the two young ones outside and we want a nice long drive. We discovered this place shopping around and it keeps us coming out there. We get the sampler which has all the go to favorites and then we each get gyros to share. Unknowingly they had English premier league soccer on every time we've gone so this place is perfect for me haha. Will continue to go there once life returns to normal. Came here to see if they were open during this COVID-19 pandemic but unfortunately looks like we will have to wait. Anyway 5 stars from my family.

We sometimes make a special trip to the outlets just to eat here! Gyros and pita plate (I think it's called that, top of menu board) are amazing. Highly recommend.

Very good food. Some are a little strange, but after a while you get used to it. Prices are ok. It takes a little longer to get your meals, but at least is fresh...

This place has amazing food! We go there regularly, even if it is out of our way because it is the only place within 30 miles of our home that has authentic Greek/middle Eastern food! The food is super fresh, the portions are adequate, and the service is wonderful. Although it is set up as a fast food place, the tables are always clean and the place looks nice. I always have the chicken kabob on a pita, and my husband has the Philly cheese steak sandwich meal. The prices are very reasonable, in fact I think they are downright inexpensive for what one gets. If you're visiting the Waterloo Premier Outlets, this place is a must stop for you! As I mentioned, we go there just to eat, not to shop!! Kudos to them! Yay for me!! I come from a big city and have been longing for authentic greek or middle eastern fare. This place fits the bill.

I think this is the only place to get a falafel between Rochester and Syracuse. I go to the outlet mall just for a falafel or a gyro. I feel that if more townies and HWS kids knew about this place they would do the same

3 stars for very friendly service and good fries. Skip the burgers. These people dontl now how to cook. Thin and dry.

Love the food they are my favorite gyros place.

The restaurant hours are listed as open till 9 PM on Wednesday. We were at 8 20 PM at the counter and were refused to be served. We have been told that they are closed. Change your working hours on google, as we had to de-routed to make this stop.

Greek salad with chicken was tasty. It didn't look like much at first. But it was filling. The seating options are nice. The drink selection was above average. The bathrooms were not the best. Went with a group of 7 while shopping and no one had any complaints.

We went to this place twice. Our experience on both occasions was pleasant. Good food, friendly staff, clean restaurant, well priced.

Best steak and cheese. Hummus and other items. Fast and friendly service! I would recommend.
